BKS Rechtsanwälte is a sister company of the tax advice and auditing firm HLB Stückmann and offers a wide range of specialised tax advice. Our areas of law include:

Our 18 lawyers mostly have dual or triple qualifications and dedicate their professional expertise to the objectives of our clients. In this respect, communication based on trust, detailed personalised advice and solutions that are precisely tailored to the requirements on hand are of particular importance. We work for our clients nationwide and worldwide, but we always maintain close ties with the region of East Westphalia-Lippe.
2 Our personal mentoring will advance your career planning
Especially at the beginning, but also in the midst of your professional life, the question often arises as to how best to organise and manage your own career. In order to show you some options and to find the right path together with you, a partner from our law firm will be at your side as a mentor to provide you with advice.
This much is clear - as a newly dual or triple-qualified professional, you will have every opportunity to develop and advance professionally in the areas of law that we represent. You can determine how and when you do this with one of our partners. Your particular strengths and your wishes will form the basis for this guidance, which will show you how your further professional development can proceed. As soon as you have found your favoured career path, you and your mentor will work together to define key milestones, necessary further stages of training and further education as well as meaningful tasks and responsibilities. In regular feedback meetings with your mentor, you will discuss how well you are progressing along your desired path, and your mentor will also be happy to give you helpful tips for your further development.
However, more experienced dual or triple-qualified professionals can also take advantage of our mentoring programme to find out what other opportunities are open to them as a professional. This may involve, for example, expanding certain areas of responsibility and specialisations, but also completing a specialist lawyer qualification, for which we will provide you with time and financial support. The further development of competences such as

This is supplemented by weekly meetings of all lawyers to exchange information on current changes, specific cases and new ideas. We not only share our expertise, but also prepare it for practical use in the work of our law firm. To ensure that this works effectively, we also rely on short exchange and coordination channels, fast interaction and meaningful interdisciplinarity, which is also supported by the latest M365 environment.
If you would like to play an active role not only in internal but also in external knowledge transfer, you are welcome to do so with us. You can publish articles in specialist journals or in our newsletters or pass on your expertise as a speaker in face-to-face events or webinars. If you teach as a lecturer at a university or college, we are also very happy to support you. Young staff would also be delighted if you could support them as a tutor and share your experience. Another part of this important work is planning and implementing internal training programmes.
