A statutorily prescribed professional liability insurance policy has been signed with HDI Versicherung AG, HDI-Platz 1, 30659 Hannover, pertaining to the company's professional activity. The insurance protection satisfies, in particular with regard to its territorial validity, at the very least the requirements stipulated by Sections 51, 59n Federal Lawyers Act, (BRAO), Sections 55f, 67 Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG), Sections 51 et seq. Statutory Ordinance on the enforcement of provisions relating to tax advisors, tax agents and tax advisory companies (DVStB), § 54 German Auditors’ Regulations (WPO) in conjunction with the Auditors' Professional Liability Insurance Regulation (WPBHV).
